People with whom you have common ground so that you can talk in detail about relevant topics. And who are different enough to be able to learn from different perspectives.
At regular intervals - about once a month - you meet for mastermind meetings - facilitated, organised and documented by an experienced MASTERMIND PILOT. Our PILOTs know how to create a "safe space" so that you can contribute openly and freely. Taking turns, the participants get the opportunity to present their challenges on the HOT SEAT and benefit from the ideas, experience, networks and feedback of the other members. Especially in complex decision-making situations, group intelligence often creates a clarity that one person alone cannot achieve. We call it "The Mastermind" of the group.
